Unable to Log In to My Verizon

No matter how many times I try to log in it brings me back to the page to enter my user name. I even reset my password just in case (which I was able to do) but after entering my password I continue to get the message at the top corner of the screen saying:

"The page you wish to access requires that you sign into My Verizon. Please sign into your account below"

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to sign in with your residential ID, as opposed to this one, which is a forum only ID?
