Unable to Redeem Gift Card

Similar to the other threads I have seen here, I am not able to redeem the $100 Verizon Gift Card for signing up for Fios. Clicking on the rewards tile takes me to another page that doesn't load.  Have tried with Chrome, Firefox, both browsers incognito and the Fios app on iPhone.

Chat support was gave me a number to call. The agent told me to wait a few days to fix it, and it still is not resolved. How can I redeem these 2 x $100 gift cards?
