I am having the problem trying to access Add/Upgrade My Services page through My Verizon.  I keep seeing the message "We

are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time. Please try again later"

Sorry you are having difficulty upgrading your services online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

Did anyone ever reach out to you about your issue?  There recent reports of a similar situation, so it may be a general problem with the website right now.
