For the past two days I have been receiving emails to validate proof of residency. I have tried to do this using both the myverizon page and the My Fios app. When logging in I don't see a link or button entitled Upload Proof of Residency. I have tried using chrome, firefox, and edge on both android tablets and windows 10 laptop computers. When I called the local FIOS store they gave me a number to call which had a two hour wait. Unfortunately I had to work and couldn't wait. I don't have access to a fax machine, so I can't fax it. Any ideas on how to fix this? My installation is in 5 days and I really don't want to miss the date.
