Unable to redeem $100 Visa Gift card

Hi There, I received an email that my gift card was ready to be redeemed.  After signing into my  account, I clicked on the Redeem Now button and was forwarded to the following page and error message: 

HTTP Status 500 - Filter execution threw an exception

I have tried using different browsers and the same error message appears.  What can I do? I'd rather avoid calling Verizon.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
