Unable to redeem $100 Visa gift card

I have waited a whole month till my email rewards came in, absolutely no problem in redeeming the $200 google and nest devices, but $100 visa gift card was nowhere in sight to redeem, error showing, and called customer service but they hung up on me, and some couldn’t help, please help, thank you
