Another post about being unable to redeem my $100 Verizon Gift Card for signing up for Fios! I got the email saying I was eligible to redeem it, followed the instructions and logged in to my account. When I got there, there was no "reward tile" to click on, even though the tile existed a few days prior. It seems like as soon as I was eligible, it disappeared. I tried calling every number I could find and even talking with the agent who switched us to Verizon (he suggested the two numbers that led me NOWHERE). I don’t know what else to do! I can’t get in contact with a human!! Seems like Verizon is using the gift cards as incentive for people to switch then making the process difficult on purpose so they don’t have to cough up the money. Messed up stuff.
