Unable to redeem $100 visa gift card

I got an email stating that I can redeem my $200 Google and Nest products and $100 Visa prepaid card.  I was able to redeem my Nest product but not able to view the link to redeem the card.  This problem appears the same as the one posted by TMMILLER and blmm1989 and numerous others.

Please escalate this to a verizon agent.
