Verizon Fios refused to honor my 2 year contract

I have a 2 year fix contract price but yet my bill will go up 25 dolllar in nov 2019 Fios will not honor my order  As of now I have not heard anything from Fios

Different discounts expire at different times. After one year and again at end of two years. Simply look at your monthly invoice to see when they expire.
