I placed an order to renew services and now I am being told and I quote: "It seems that there is a mistake from the previous agent. It seems that the contract is not updated at that time. As the contract is expired, the price is gone high." Basically, the order was never placed by Verizon even though I received a confirmation email of a new order and signed off on it. They are not telling me that I should have known that it wasn't a contract. Who can help with this?
