Anyone have contact information higher than the general service agents that answer phones?
I have been in a “contract” since October with a set price. Every month my bill is higher than agreed upon and every month I have had to call and have it corrected so I could pay the contract price. Yesterday I was told that they will not honor the agreed price and I will have to pay more....even though I have the email of the quoted and agreed price. After an hour on the phone they agreed to waive cancellation fees that would occur due to me cancelling service even though they are the ones going back on the contract but I’d like to speak with someone higher up about this.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
