Like just about everyone else offered this promotion...EVER! I have spent way too much time trying to redeem my $100 gift card. I was told by a representative this is a known issue and to try back tomorrow, and the link does not even exist. I was also offered $200 in Google or Nest smart home products that I was able to redeem no problem. It looks like other people that have posted into the forum are directed to someone that can do something. I leave this weekened for a military tour and was hoping to leave my wife with a little extra something while I'm gone or have money to spend for the holidays.
