CAN YOU PLEASE SEND THE INFORMATION TO ME AS WELL WHERE TO CONTACT FOR CREDIT REPORT REMOVAL. I ALREADY PAID MY BILL BUT THE BAD REPORT IS STILL THERE. I'D APPRECIATE YOUR ANSWER.
As this is a peer to peer support forum, you will need to contact Verizon directly for assistance. We have sent you a private message with contact information for a dedicated specialist who is able to help with a resolution of your issue.

Unfortunately if you were reported for non payment of your invoice or timely payment there is nothing Verizon can do. The negative will stay on your credit report(s) for 7 years. However under the fair debt collection practices act (google for the whole statute) you can write a letter explaining the circumstances of the negative. However this can also reduce your rating so think carefully over it.
only time can repair your credit score/fico score.
Of couse if it was something that was Verizon's fault, or perhaps your bank's fault(i had that) they should remove it. If it was special circumstances it might have limited long term effect on your credit.
