I cancelled my verizon service in December and have a credit of $12.38 for three months now. This is taking too long. If I didn't pay my bill on time you would not like it, so how about the same consideration for the customer. My nieghbor works for 6abc and he thinks should contact their "on your side" person to help me. Maybe this is the way to get prompt action.
