HI Verizon Community: I just tried to purchase a film from myVerizon, but accidentally pressed the wrong link.  I am attempting to contact someone, or make a simple "cancel my order request" but impossible to find on website.  It was only 8:00 pm, but was alerted to the fact that the "chat room" is closed. Very frustrating.  This should not be complicated.
