We were scammed when signing up for Verion FIOS triple play

We were scammed when signing up for Verion FIOS triple play. We signed up on 11/26/13. The sales person who handles lower Westchester NY, who came to our house, told us that we could combine our Verizon wireless bill with the FIOS bills and receive a 10% discount on the combined bills. Since we have 5 iPhones with Verizon wireless this was what induced us to switch from Optimum to FIOS since it would result in about a $50 savings per month. On calling FIOS billing, we were informed that this option is not available and that we cannot combine bills, and more importantly, we cannot get a 10% discount. Clearly this was a lie made up by the sales person to close the deal. If we knew that this was the case, we would have never signed up in the first place since there are virtually no savings vs Optimum. We now intend to cancel the FIOS  service, have them uninstall all their equipment, and re-establish our account with Optimum. As they say "BUYER BEWARE"!!!!!!!
