I signed up to pay online a few weeks ago. My current bill is still unable to be seen online and it will be due around the 20th of this month. Today is the 14th. When will I be able to see it so that I can pay the correct amount owed?

First never ever do automatic pay ever. You don’t sign up to pay online. You simply access your account online at http://www.verizon.com and under sign in or sign up depending if you signed up before you use your login name and password to see your current statement. Do not use paperless invoicing and get a paper copy. You can then know what the charges are.
The Fios app also has copies of what you owe a few days after your bill closing date.
you get 18 months of statements on the app and on line. But you have to set up an account to view and pay.
