Good morning. {please keep it relevant}
I video taped and photographed myself shipping my boxes and router back to Verizon, and like I assumed, I am being charged with Verizon claiming I did not ship everything back.
Since I have proof of this being a lie, obviously mail fraud is being comitted. This is something that Verizon tries charging to customers like me, and if I don't pay, I am sent to collections. So I would like to submit my video/photo/weight/receipt proof to the proper authorities. How would I go about doing this? {please keep it relevant} Thank you.

Actually its unlikely you will need to submit the proofs. Just get them to check their records.
Thanks, but now it's the principle of the thing. This is the second time they've pulled this on me, except this time I have video proof that they completely fabricate these "non-returned equipment" fees. I have coworkers who said the exact same thing happened to them; I was just proactive enough to catch them doing it now. My coworkers had their credit score ruined over this scam.
I have ironclad proof and want to make sure people know about this. {please keep it relevant} I will post my videos, photos, photographic proof of weight of the box, etc. on tons of other websites. I thought Verizon FiOS would be interested in hard proof that employees are defrauding customers, stealing from the company (or customers), and engaging in mail fraud, but I guess I was wrong and they are not interested.
This is why when I stopped service before later on re-connecting I returned everything to a fios store and got a recepit.
Sadly I read about this going on a lot. Some even say Verizon says they received 1 device but not another yet they were shipped in the same box. I don't know if they are doing it on purpose or there's a lack of service with employees when they receive them and have to either scan or input them into their system. Some have the issue fixed with no issues, but have read others still deal with it months down the road.
You were smart by recording yourself mailing it. Most wouldnt even think about doing that.
Verizon might esculate you on here or call them and keep on them about it. Hope they fix it for you quickly.

This is exactly what happened to me two separate times. This is two years apart, so there's no way they can claim it was a "glitch".
Same thing happened to me!
Actually I wanted to return the cable boxes to an actual location (there is one not too far from me) and they told me on the phone there is a restocking fee for returning in person!
Also why does this forum require knowledge of HTML editing before you can successfully submit a post here?
