My daughter lives in Upper Marlboro, MD and her Total Taxes/Government Surcharges are $29.06 (Bill total is $184.04 and she only has basic service) I live in Clinton, MD and my Taxes/Surcharges are $ 14.39 (I have Showtime/Starz and my Bill total is $180.35). Why is there such a big difference? Does anyone know?

Perhaps different local authorities so different Taxes/Surcharges.
