New customer to FIOS
Logged into account and got error messages, tried online chat and got a really bad third world rep who could not type, called 800 number who could not understand my problem and said office was closed.
Called back and lied saying it was life threatening and needed phone support and finally got a rep who spent 30 minutes to discover they screwed up my account.
Is FIOS really this incompetent!!!!
