So after being without service, ( phone & internet) from Sept 6th to Sept 21st, and staying home from work 2 half days, which neither time did a tech show up, then the service tech fixing my problem late on the 21st, when I wasn't there, I've evidently supposed to pay my full monthly payment, plus a $5.00 charge on my previous months bill, because I had no service to pay my bill online on time, like I usually do.
It doesn't seem right.
Well, I already see this will be no help. And with all other ways to contact Verizon totally blocked and unable to get through, unless you like listening to canned music for 30-45 minutes.
Way to go Verizon.
