I want to understand if I can change the date of withdrawl on my auto pa enrollment

Your asking peers here. 

I am no longer a Verizon FIOS customer (sold to Frontier) but I seem to remember that although you couldn't directly change the date they pulled payment you could change your billing date, which effectively does the same.
