I never asked to change my billing address, so don't know what is happening here. Below is the message from Verizon. Re: Telephone Number {edited for privacy} As a result of your recent contact with Verizon through our call center, our automated phone system or our website, we have updated your account to change the billing address on your account. If you did not request this change or have any questions about changes to your account, please visit our website at verizon.com/changenotice or contact your local Verizon business office at the 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966). No further action is required if you made this change. Thank you for choosing Verizon and allowing us to serve you. Sincerely, Your Verizon Team

Then why there is no email contact information when I can write when I can make it during the weekend. This website was directed to me when I clicked the website link they provided in the email. Why does the company write an email when they do not provide any email contact information for me to contact them?

Because Verizon does not do business via EMAIL. And neither would you if you knew how unreliable and vulnerable Email is.
