billing lies

anyone else ever been lied to by salesmember and told install fee would be waived and then given excuses as to why it wasn't? this is what happened to me and all i get are lame reasons like the guy never entered it into the system. so i eat the 100 fee when i told them i was on a limited budget and could only switch if fee was waived. when i call to inquire i get a phone rep who lies and tells me i will be called back same day. wrong. next day. then the so called "supervisor" gives me the same lame excuse as the others.  very disapointing. would have expected better but i guess money rules for big phone/internet companies.
