has anyone had the same / know how to resolve? i moved within my building and was told by my building's fios rep that for whatever reason i couldn't self install, but there would be no install fee for the tech visit. the tech told me the same -- that there would be no fee -- when he did the install. now i was charge $99 for the install and verizon customer service will only tell me "we apologize for the miscommunication" but we cannot waive the fee.
i have been affirmatively told by the person who ordered my new services and the tech that there was no fee, and i haven't been able to find a competent agent to help me resolve this issue. i keep getting prewritten canned responses.
