hidden charges in install

Just saw my charges on my bill, They were not disclose to me at the begining

First Jack Install 95.00

labor first half hour 91

labor second haft hour 46

technician visit fee 89.99

outlet installation 2@64.99

technician viist fee is suppose to be waved( because technician suppose to finished the job on the first time)

I only agreed to the outlet installation 2@64.99.

other charges were not disclosed at the time.

techician made damage to the drywall, ripped the drywall which my husband has to fix.

plastic plate was not installed properly, also has to fixed by my husband.

Tried to contact verizon, supervisor suppose to call me back. no call for one week.
