i clicked every where to find a way to send an email with my inquiry regarding some new charges being added onto my bill, this is so irritating!!!!! i am put of the country and i cant call the 800 number, why isnt there a way to contact by email for any such billing issues??????????

You can use one of the "contact us" options that are listed on all their web pages. http://www.verizon.com/support/residential/contact-us/index.htm
Essentially call 1-800-Verizon during business hours is the best option. Only they can explain all the charges and correct any errors. There is always snail mail.
