i ordered internet only and was given a router when i have my own

i was told by installing tech to leave it in my home have it come on the bill and then it will be removed once it appears. i was not given any instructions to deliver the box. i assumed he would come get it or i would get a box to ship it.

then once i gave it back. and when i ordered service i was assured there was no taxes when using my device. the bill was to be 55$ per month. 

i noticed that there is a tv package added on my bill with taxes. i dont have access to that with out the router so why is it on my bill. i would never agree to that if i was told. i have a laptop from work via att. this is just for my pc.

problem 2 i was given an offer in my verizon to switch to 39.99 per month for 50/mps or what ever and i clicked the button. so i logged out and thought at some point my bill would correct, when i called i was told that was not for me. then i was told i would have had to cancel to get it. that was not detailed in the offer.and then i was told there could be an adjustment made but a supervisor would have to research the offer sent to me because i didnt get a confirmation.

so i called again today and asked for a supervisor to clear all of this up.

i held for 25 minutes for a mr sanchez and he ignored what i was saying telling me there are taxes and thats not what i was ever told. he then hung up on me.

can i please get this fixed. i am getting late fees ect. for the most basic services ever and im getting over billed every time anyway!!!!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
