merging accounts and add user

Hello,

When I signed up for Triple Play it made me get a new verizon account. Now it appears I have two accounts with similar user names. Neither are associated with my wireless account. Also my FiOS triple play only list my wife, how do I add myself onto the account as well.

I understand that I may have to contact Verizon directly but at lease the question has been asked and answered so the next person knows how to deal with these kinds of issues.
