I changed my acct. 2 mos ago and was not billed correct.

I feel verizon owes me a refund of 2 payments.  My current bill is $121.99, which should have been started 2 mos ago My premiums channels were right away, my bill continued the same of 2 mos????

Please let know of refund due.
