The way this system is setup is counter productive where you can't use it make changes or payments the way that works for you. If you cal them to do anything they want to charge you a fee $ 7.99 to make any chanfes you can't do inline it's ridiculous

when I make a Fios payment or wireless payment online it asks if I want to make this payment? It does have a reversal option.
i am not sure if you can change the actual amount of the payment since I have never done that.
There is also i understand a way to make payment arrangements via calling Verizon but I also don’t know the way that works either.
call 1-800-VERIZON and ask what your options are.
