the noaccess site shows "Laura" as the name on the account, but I've had successfully set up internet for the past 5 months - this only started happening 2 weeks ago and it's driving me crazy!!
I've tried adding custom DNS to the router, and this doesn't fix the issue.
I've called tech support, and was told they could see and verify my issue, but that it was part of my "account" and to try calling the billing department.
I tried calling billing and they told me to call tech support!
