Why is it that i am paying for Extreme HD services, and was not made aware that the top set up box would not support this service. my contract have another 3 months.  Had this been related to me by the customer service rep. i would have been able to make a decision then.

Im not sure why you set top box wouldnt support it. If it is and old 6xxx series box they will replace for free. If it is a dct700 it doesnt support any hd channels but you do grt the SD channel.

What service is not supported?

Just moving to HD from SD, you need to have them upgrade your STB.  Probably higher rental  fee.  Or new rental fee if you had one of the FREE boxes.

As said if you have an old 6xxx and need to view some channel that you are entitled to that is in MPEG4 then they will replace it for you. 

You want Streaming to other devices, sorry that requires quantum service at an additional cost.
