I too am having issues with an unauthorized payment. I had made a payment with one payment date, then went back and changed my payment date to an earlier date. Then, they took the money out for BOTH dates! I went in when I saw my bank "processing" the second payment and checked on my payment history. The one for the date that I changed to an earlier date states "verizon.com" and under account has the last four digits of my bank account. The other payment, the unauthorized payment, states "others" and nothing under the "account" heading. I couldn't stop it. Now, it's like pulling teeth trying to get a "live" person to even talk to about the issue!!!!
