I'm having difficulty adding contacts. Whenever I send a request, the contact always stays pending. Also, if someone sends me a request, I receive it in my message box -- with no way to accept it. Any clues as to how to fix this?

I have noticed that if you send a BB messager invite to someone using their email it does not work.  You have to get their PIN or you have to give them your PIN in order for this invitation process to be a success.

I beleive to invite someone using an email address that it has to be with blackberry [email@vzw.blackberry.com] outside of that you have to invite using their PIN
