Can't setup e-mail

Bold 9650 with OS 6 Build 2333 won't allow me to setup internet e-mail services.  I used to be able to roll back to an earlier build however Desktop Manager won't allow it or doesn't show any available builds to roll back to.  Not sure if this is a BB or a Verizon issue.

 

Going through the setup process on the 9650 either leaves me with a blank screen or I do make it thru the process and validate the email account by entering the password but the mailbox never shows up on the screen and e-mails are not passed onto the BB.

As I researched the issue outlined on your post, I learned that other customers have resolved this email services issue by pointing the Blackberry's Internet browser to the link below. Email Settings issue should be fixed after downloading and installing the application.

If the above steps fail to resolve the issue, a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software must be performed. Please visit this LINK for detailed instructions.
