I was reading something off of the internet on my blackberry tour 9630 when all of a sudden, i cannot connect to it any longer. I tried going to another website, but to no avail. I initially thought it was just browser problems so I tried downloading apps from the app place and i get the following error message:
"Tunnel failed"
In addition to this problem, I cannot send/receive any emails.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

what are the default settings for data? i know i didnt change anything but just incase
Hi,
Try removing the back cover and removing the battery and replacing it. Restart you device and wait a second. See if you can connect to the internet after rebooting.
