Memory card problem!! help :(

my blackberry says "media card with errors has been inserted ....use a disk-error checking utility on a computer.  I googled this problem and did what people said but i cant find anything on my computer like that! maybe someone else had this problem and can help :smileyindifferent:

Try a battery pull to reboot your device.
