My BB storm's screen just went black. I noticed some graphic tearing when texting, then turned off the phone and back on. The screen never came back on after that. The phone lights up but the screen stays black. Wondering where I can get a replacement tried looking on the homepage but couldn't find any thing. Can I go to my local store and get a replacement there? I got the verizon insurance plan for my phones does that cover this?
Go to a Verizon store.
Is the battery charged up? Try charging battery and see if make any difference, recomend turning Storm off before charging. A green light suppose to be flashing when battery is being charged, when green light stops blinking and stays on it's fully charged. If no difference go to Verizon Store.
