I downloaded and installed a theme. Now, when my scheduled Quickpull runs nightly, the old theme is back, and I have to go to "Themes" and select the new one again. I have a Pearl Flip. What am I doing wrong?

Don't know much about themes or the flip, but the is there a way maybe to see it as your automatic theme???

That is very strange, try deleting and reinstalling the theme.
