I'm upgrading to a blackberry but am slightly confused when it comes to choosing a plan. I need something that has unlimited data coverage, as I'll be checking e-mail and accessing internet with my BB. Not totally sure what plan to choose. I just want to make sure I have unlimited so I am not being charged per mb if I'm accessing the web. can someone help me with this? Thanks.

When it comes time to activate the phone, or when you purchase it online, you can select to have the $29.99 Blackberry Email & Web plan. It is unlimited web browsing and email directly on the device. There's no hidden cap, it's all unlimited. Also, keep in mind the plan itself is required when you have a Blackberry activated, so you cannot remove it if you decide to stop using it.

If I choose the blackberry e-mail and messaging plan, is the data usage unlimited for everything or just checking e-mail? I want to make sure I can use it for internet as well as e-mail and not be charged. Just trying to make sure I choose the right plan before I upgrade.

Your data plan is for unlimited data access period. Internet, email, applications..etc etc. Anything that connects to the web for any reason is unlimited with the $29.99 data plan.
