I have purchased songs via vcast music on my BB 9530 ota and dsktp. When I choose to download song(s) to either phone memory or media card I recieve a "license acquisition failed" message. I have called Verizon and even gone into two different locations for help trouble-shooting. (not much help) Anyone else experience this? Am I just special?
