I've had my Tour for only about two weeks now and I'm a novice at all of this. My biggest problem right now is with the song id. I can easily id a song, but when I go to "get matching music" and then "get song" it says that VCast Music is required and has a tab for "download now." I have already downloaded VCast Music, but I still try to hit the download button and nothing hapens. So, how do I actually go about downloading the song I have identified?
Next, when going through the forum, I saw something called a "quickpull" and that it should be done daily. What is it, how will it help, and how do I do it?
Finally, the messages icon at the top of the screen that shows how may messages I have shows that I have 1 message even though I have already opened all of my messages. Why does it still show one and how do I make it stop?

I have never had any dealings with Vcast music so I cant help ya there. I will tell you that I dont know that Quickpull is a necessity with the Tour. Its OS is pretty stable and doesnt seem to require the daily pull. I would send you the link but the mods will pull it anyway. Just do a search on Crackberry and you will find the links. You have a message somewhere wether its one of multiple email accounts or one of the instant messenger or texts all feeds to the message folder. Look around somemore its there.
