BYOD Rebate Never Emailed!

Been through so many hoops just to get this rebate. I submitted on Aug 21, 2022, it was processed Oct 18, 2022, and "delivered" Oct 21. No email was ever sent, I never got the rebate.

I feel like VZ makes a big deal about the offer, then never delivers it. Should've stuck with ATT.
