E-gift cards

I bought 4 phones from verizon and switched 4 lines to verizon from T-mobile. I should receive 4 gift cards of $250, but unfortunately I got only one. What about the rest 3 gift cards?? Should I apply to have them? Please advise

Other have report this as well if I recall there is a site or section of there site you have to fill out info on don't recall exactly where I would call and ask

We want to make sure that you are provided with the best service as a customer. To clarify, you would have to apply for each one separately for the numbers switched over to us. If this was only done for one number that would be the reason for only receiving one gift card.
