One Plus 7 Gm1900 can't activate

HI, when u try to activate a OnePlus 7 I have, I get an error saying the IMEI is not compatible with the Verizon network. I know this can't be true because it is literally the same hardware/antennas as the OnePlus 7 Pro, and it's a over the internet. How do I get past this roadblock online and in the app so I can activate this phone?
