Previous verizon customers qualified for the $500 switch and BYOD credit that ends in December 2021?

Hey all,

As of today (10/21/21) there is promo for BYOD and customers switching to Verizon from other carriers. I was a Verizon customer until like a month ago, now i switched to Mint mobile. If I switch back, would I be qualified for this promo?

Hello, snannapa! It's always great to get a rebate, so thanks for reaching out to us. Please note that this promotion only applies to new line of service. When switching back within 50 days, the line is not considered a new line of service, so the promotion wouldn't apply. I hope this provides clarity.   -Tracy
