I have 3 rebates submitted for the $500 byod. 2 have been declined and then elevated up but then one was changed to $350. The other no word yet. My other one has just been sitting there pending for a month. You try and call you wait on death hold.

I now have had all 5 of my rebates declined. They state that they are from a non participating location. How is a consumer supposed to know what verizon location is participating and which one is not. I wish I would have read the forums before I switched to verizon.  It seems like this is a common thing for them to just deny rebates.
