Teacher is ripped off for $500 switch service offer

Verizon continues to rip people off. I came over with 2 lines. Told my husbands had to be upgraded. Whatever. Then we bought a new line. Told that the phone we got was free and we’d have a $500 credit and our activation fees waived.

instead they charged my account twice in one month. Won’t honour the free phone saying the promotion “fell off” stuck in me with $700 and then said the promo rebate submission got lost. 7 times I’ve contacted support snd the guy finally says oh here’s $100 $4 a month for  2 years.
