so I brought my iPhone 11 to Verizon's prepaid 5Gb plan with their offer of me getting 10Gb for the price of 5.
Delighted I was, until, just before the month was out, I found that my account was only allowed 5 Gb and I'd run out.
I have an email receipt stating that I was paying for 10 Gb. I spoke to someone who assured me that this Verizon error would be corrected when the subscription rolled over but that is not the case.
How do I get what I thought I was buying?
